Jana's Campaign and The Chamber in Hays, Kansas are proud to partner on this event to help share resources in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This two&hour training is offered at no cost to businesses thanks to grant funding, and it provides practical guidance for employers and employees who want to strengthen safety, respect, and well&being in the workplace. During the session, participants will: Gain a deeper understanding of relationship&based violence and its effects in the workplace Identify strategies and a prevention model to help create a supportive, healthy workplace culture free from violence and harassment Understand organizational responsibilities in addressing workplace violence and supporting employees experiencing violence Receive and review a variety of resources that can be used to support ongoing prevention and response efforts Speakers: Kaiti Blackburn, Executive Director of Jana's Campaign Alex Kultgen, Education & Prevention Specialist at Jana's Campaign
