In this Lunch & Learn, Hannah Hilker with the MDC will give a crash course on the importance of customer service & review various tools to help your organization secure a competitive advantage through excellent customer interactions. We’ll also discuss how customer service has changed and what various businesses are doing to adapt their customer service strategies in creative ways due to COVID-19.
