When I first joined HYP about three years ago, I was at a point in my life when many of my college friends had moved away, and I had chosen to stay in Hays. I had just started my first professional job in the field I wanted to be in, and I was looking to grow both professionally and personally. I also hoped to meet some cool people along the way and expand my network. What I didn’t realize was how quickly HYP would turn into a place where I would make real, lasting friendships.

Through HYP, I’ve met some of the most supportive people I know. People who not only help me grow in my career but have become true friends who support me in all aspects of my life. Whether it’s hanging out at HYP events, crafting and playing games at ladies’ nights, or hitting all our favorite dining spots in Hays, every moment has been an opportunity to connect and learn from each other. We’ve shared career advice, celebrated wins, and, most importantly, created memories together.
