This individual will perform semi-skilled work related to building and grounds maintenance; may provide coordination with and assistance to skilled or highly skilled positions in other more skilled craft areas. The Maintenance and Repair Technician will also monitor the Robbins Center facility and perform maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and inspections./span/spanbr / nbsp;br / span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif"span style="font-size:11pt"A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with 3+ years of experience working in a maintenance/repair (or related area) capacity. About the Job: The Data & Research Specialist is responsible for supporting organizational prospect development and database management initiatives, including data entry, analysis, improvements, and integrations. The position will assist with ensuring data integrity and maintaining information within the FHSU Foundation’s constituent relationship management software. The position will additionally assist in researching individuals, corporations, and foundations to identify and qualify new prospects and prepare detailed prospect profile reports.
