Play Center Lead

Overview Under the supervision of the Fitness Director, independently oversees the delivery, care and pickup of all children and works with parents. Supervises, and trains all staff; delegatsquo;s work assignments, assists with interviewing of play center staff and is responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for the children. Exercise Physiologist

Overview Under the supervision of the Fitness Director and in coordination with the Cardiac Rehab Clinical Coordinator, independently performs member/patient assessments, exercise programs and plan of goals. Water Safety Instructor

Overview Under the supervision of the Aquatics/Group Fitness Manager, independently instructs Private Red Cross Swimming Lessons to children and adults in the aquatic center at The Center for Health Improvement. Position Summary Prepares for class by having proper equipment available and ready.

Massage Therapist

Overview Massage therapists treat patients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients. Position Summary

Lifeguard

Overview Under the supervision of the Aquatics/Group Fitness Manager, independently maintains a safe and clean environment in the aquatic center at The Center for Health Improvement; maintains, reviews, interprets, and incorporates member safety through observation; assists with all day to day aquatic center issues and maintains accurate records. Group Fitness Instructor

Overview Under the supervision of the Aquatics/Group Fitness Manager, independently leads group fitness classes at The Center for Health Improvement; maintains, reviews, interprets, and incorporates member exercise program and plan of goals through observation and participation; designs, implements and maintains a variety of member programs. Locker Room Attendant (full-time)

Overview Under the supervision of the Aquatics/Group Fitness Manager, independently maintains a clean and tidy locker room and all other areas of The Center for Health Improvement. Position Summary Cleans locker rooms by vacuuming, mop, dusting, vanity and shower cleansing, etc. Picks up soiled laundry.

Fitness Assistant

Overview Under the supervision of the Fitness Manager, independently performs member orientations and assessments at The Center for Health Improvement; maintains, reviews, interprets, and incorporates member exercise program and plan of goals through data software; assists in designing, implementing and maintaining a variety of member programs. CHI Business Office Coordinator

Overview Under the supervision of the Fitness Director, independently performs member orientations at The Center for Health Improvement; maintains, reviews, interprets, and incorporates proficient member financial management; assists in designing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of member programs; assists with all day to day fitness issues and maintains accurate records. Position Summary

Group Fitness Instructor

Overview Under the supervision of the Aquatics/Group Fitness Manager, independently leads group fitness classes at The Center for Health Improvement; maintains, reviews, interprets, and incorporates member exercise program and plan of goals through observation and participation; designs, implements and maintains a variety of member programs.
