The Chamber in Hays, Kansas is launching a new Wellness Committee to collaborate with the Ellis County Workforce Committee in promoting a healthier community and workforce. This group will highlight local wellness resources, explore ways to encourage better nutrition, exercise, rest, and hydration, and share strategies for managing stress.
All Chamber members are welcome to attend and be part of the conversation shaping wellness opportunities for employers and employees across Ellis County.
