To schedule a Ribbon Cutting contact hayscc@hayschamber.com with your requested date and time. To view the current chamber event calendar, visit hayschamber.com/events. Please keep in mind when possible, The Chamber follows the following schedule:

• Mondays (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) - limited scheduling as event attendance is lighter
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) - can schedule on date where other event is not listed
• Fridays (office closes at 11:30 a.m. and no events will be scheduled in the afternoon)- must be scheduled at 9 a.m. as a Ribbon Cutting/Chamber Chat unless special permission is given by staff
