Job Description:
The City of Hays is accepting applications for an Airport Compliance Generalist. This position provides general clerical support to the Airport and performs a variety of tasks related to FAA regulatory compliance, TSA security regulations, Federal and State grant funding, accounts payable/receivable, and lease/contract management, and performing various clerical duties to assist in the operation of the department.nbsp; This employee handles confidential matters and is expected to use good judgment and discretion. nbsp;This employee should possess excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills. This employee is required to successfully complete a federal background and may be required to work outside their normal scheduled hours.br /

Valid Kansas driverrsquo;s license and a high school diploma or GED required. College degree is preferred. The ideal candidate would have the ability to solve problems and a thorough knowledge of office procedures. This employee must have strong oral and written communication, public relation, and organizational skills.nbsp;strongA working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required./strongnbsp;Ability to use a 10 key calculator.
