Residential Coordinator
Job Description:
Two Supervised Living homes located in the Hays, KS area are hiring a full-time Residential Coordinator.
Starting Wage $44,000 annually, Eligible for a $1,000 Sign On Bonus!
Creative Living, DSNWK's residential program, strives to match the needs and desires of the individual with the most appropriate and independent living environment possible. Regardless of where a person lives, DSNWK believes in providing a home environment that is comfortable, safe, and promotes independence. The Supervised Living program provides a variety of supports and services for those individuals requiring 24 hours of onsite staff supervision. The options available include, but are not limited to: supporting those persons with behavioral challenges; those experiencing medical complications, including dementia; and those with accessibility needs. A quality candidate should be able to administer and coordinate supervised services provided in the individual's home and in the community. Ensures quality assurance practices and all applicable licensing standards and guidelines are met. Ensuring the individuals served are treated with dignity and respect is a prime responsibility. As a Residential Coordinator, one will be required to participate in the On Call system. BA/BS in a human services field preferred, Supervisory experience preferred.
