Clinkscales Upcoming Live Events

By Hays Chamber on May 14, 2021

Hays, KS – Clinkscales Elder Law Practice would like to invite the public to attend a free online, live event about What to do if the Diagnosis is Dementia on Tuesday June 15th with sessions offered at 10 am and 3pm via Zoom.

Alzheimer’s disease is the six-leading cause of death in the U.S. and it can be difficult to find helpful resources for our loved ones thinking about the future and where to begin. Randy Clinkscales, elder law attorney, will supply attendees with useful information and resources that will keep you safe from Alzheimer’s or Dementia devastating your family and finances.

Topics will include caregiver tips you need to know to ease the stress of caregiving, community resources and professionals to contact for help and what financial and legal concerns should be addressed today.

Our second free workshop will be held at noon on Thursday May 27th entitled Life Care Planning: Beyond Elder Law. Attendees will discover our new, holistic approach to dealing with aging and chronic illness that goes beyond traditional elder law-an approach that you will want for yourself and your loved one when “that time” comes.

This workshop is presented by Randy Clinkscales, a 2007 charter member of the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association (lcplfa.org).
