pemstronguFULL-TIME CUSTODIAN POSITION AVAILABLE AT HOLY FAMILY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL/u/strong/em/p p*Full-time, 40 hours a week, year-round, including summer. Includes benefits such as sick pay and vacation./p p*Schedule is flexible! We will work around college classes!nbsp;/p p*Receives direction and reports to our maintenance director./p p*Must be self-motivated, as duties are typically done alone.nbsp;/p p*Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more and get around easily, including on stairs.nbsp;/p p*Duties include picking up trash, dusting, sweeping, moping, wiping tables and chairs, and maintaining bathrooms./p p*Might be asked to help with light construction work, such as changing lightbulbs, painting, fixing toilets, and waxing floors./p p*The school day is fast-paced, a person must be able to keep up. Summer work is slower-paced but involves deeper cleaning and more construction work./p p*Will be in the presence of children but will not be asked to monitor children. Must be comfortable with children ages 3-11. Must complete a Safe Environment Training and a background check to work around children./p pApplications can be picked up at the HFE school office Monday-Friday from 8-1 until school starts. Once school starts, applications can be picked up between 8-4./p
