pThe Graduate School and Office of Scholarship and Sponsored Projects (OSSP) is looking for an individual that works closely with others in the graduate office to support the strategic initiatives of the University and external funding opportunities. The Grants Coordinator is an on-campus position that helps work with faculty, staff, and students to close out projects; works with Primary Investigator (PIs) to establish new project accounts; works with PIs to file electronic monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and final reports; Foster Grandparent Senior Companion Programs Director

Administrative Specialist, Office of Administration and Finance

The Administrative Specialist position provides high-level office and administrative duties support for the Office of Administration and Finance and the University Farm. Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including customer service inquiries; handling information requests; scheduling of meetings; making travel arrangements; maintaining calendars and schedules; assisting student organizations and the University Farm. The position will also assist the Purchasing Office with the review and preparation of contracts. Duties include providing administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information. This position serves as a liaison for the office with other executive offices, colleges, and departments.
