As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of commercial and ag loans, with the overall object of maintaining and increasing asset quality; to develop new and existing business relationships, and sustain consistent high quality loan growth that meets the banks goals and objectives.
Position Standards and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should possess demonstrate five to eight years of similar or related experience, including an extensive knowledge of commercial and ag lending practices, policies, and procedures. Candidates should also possess a four-year degree in a relevant field. Strong planning, organization, sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for this position.
