Responsibilities:br /
Identify and target potential clients within the Western Kansas region.br /
Conduct sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.br /
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.br /
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials.br /
Negotiate contracts and close deals.br /
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.br /

Qualifications:br /
Previous experience in outside sales operations.br /
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.br /
Familiarity with the transportation industry (CDL training experience is a plus).br /
