Job Description:
DSNWK is looking to hire an Internal Analyst at our Hays, KS Location.
Starting at $20.43/hour, Increase contingent on experience. $1,000 Sign On Bonus!
The Internal Analyst serves in support to the Director of Administrative Services and the Comptroller at DSNWK. Gather information by reviewing identified workflows, company policies and reports and engaging in peer shadowing as instructed to become familiar with DSNWK's operations processes and requirements. Participate in the preparation of analyses and reports to provide information to management to meet requirements of funding sources. The ideal candidate would become familiar with the software programs and their administration in use by Fiscal Services (including Comptroller), Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Major Gifts and Planned Giving. Strong applicants should be able to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information; possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to quickly learn and understand various software applications while using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education - BS in Business with emphasis in accounting preferred.
Experience - General ledger accounting experience preferred and computer background required. Must be proficient in Excel Spreadsheets.
