pstrongResponsibilities:/strongbr /
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing building systems and equipment.- -Review equipment manuals and track equipment repairs to establish and improve preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns.br /
- Coordinate preventative maintenance on all equipment to minimize impact of production. - Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to determine needed repairs and other materials to support production needs.br /
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.br /
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and in a timely manner.br /
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.br /
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.br /
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.br /
- Supervise and lead maintenance processes and operations. Mentor team members./p
pstrongExperience:/strongbr /
-Minimum of 5 yearsrsquo; experience in maintenance (manufacturing environment a plus) with -2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.br /
-Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of building systems.br /
-Familiarity with logic controllers and high voltage systems is a plus.br /
-Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.br /
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.br /
-Knowledge of project management principles for planning and executing maintenance projects.br /
-Experience with industrial maintenance practices, including fabrication and welding./p
