uEssential Duties and Responsibilities/u
ul
liProactively seeks ways to provide financial solutions to new and existing customer relationships in order to meet or exceed client expectations/li
liInterviews customers and is responsible for successful delivery of a range of banking products and services including opening accounts, account maintenance and enrollment in and maintenance of all digital bank services as well as providing ancillary banking solutions/li
liAccurately and efficiently prepares account documentation and opens the account on the computer system under time constraints while following proper procedures, complying with regulatory requirements and safeguarding against fraud/li
liAccurately and efficiently processes a variety of banking transactions such as opens new safe deposit boxes, assists customers with access, processes closed box requests; executes wire transfers of funds; processes ACH, merchant capture and mobile deposit files/li
liAnswers phone and greets customers; assists customers by answering questions and resolving problems/li
liAssists customers in all aspects of online banking/li
liMaintains customer confidence and complies with confidentiality standards/li
liEducates customers on emerging bank technology/li
liOccasionally participates in onsite visits with customers, community groups or events in order to promote bank products, services and brand/li
liReceptiveness to learn more as progression takes place/li
liPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementnbsp;/li

uExperience and Qualifications/ubr /
College Degree preferred but not required.br /
Previous banking experience preferred but not required.nbsp;br /
