Then j oin our hometown team as a Customer Care Representative and have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide them with an enjoyable NTW experience!
We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:
Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to r esolve product and service issues for customers
Assist sales associates with service and account issues
Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
