Part-Time Customer Care Representative

Job Description: 

Do you enjoy talking on the phone and helping customers? Do you like dealing with the latest and greatest cell phone technology? Then join our hometown team as a Customer Care Representative and have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide them with an enjoyable NTW experience!

We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:

  • Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers
  • Assist sales associates with service and account issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
